Terms & Conditions — MB Investment

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the services as well as the terms of booking and renting accommodation.
  2. The facility is operated by MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o. (NIP: 6762566200) with its registered office at ul. Poselska 17, 31-002 Kraków.
  3. By making a booking and/or paying for the stay, the Guest confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and accept their terms.
  4. The Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Guest and MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o.

§2. Booking and Payments

1. Booking

  • a. Accommodation booking is made via the website, by email, by phone, or through an intermediary.
  • b. Booking confirmation is sent to the provided email address and includes, among others, the date of stay, the amount to be paid, the amount of any deposit, and the bank account details.

2. Payments

  • a. The basis of the booking is the full payment or deposit payment in accordance with the conditions specified in the booking confirmation.
  • b. A VAT invoice is issued at the Guest's request after providing complete invoice details. These details must be provided no later than the day of arrival at the hotel. In the absence of details within this period, issuing an invoice after the end of the stay may be impossible.
  • c. Bookings are non-refundable unless the booking conditions state otherwise.
  • d. On the day of arrival, after payment confirmation, the Guest receives access to the property – by providing an access code in the form of check-in instructions.

§3. Hotel Day

  1. The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure, unless the booking conditions state otherwise.
  2. If the Guest wishes to check in early or extend the stay, they should report this fact no later than the day of arrival. Additional hours of stay may incur additional charges.

§4. Guest Duties and Liabilities

  1. The Guest undertakes to use the property in accordance with its purpose and with respect for the property and equipment of the facility.
  2. The Guest bears full financial liability for any damage resulting from improper use of the property or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. MB INVESTMENT is not responsible for items left in the apartment. Found items are stored for 1 month - and then disposed of.
  4. Smoking and the use of open fire (including electronic cigarettes) are strictly prohibited in rooms and areas where such prohibition is clearly marked. Violation of this prohibition results in a fine of PLN 500.
  5. Quiet hours apply on the premises between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges and, in extreme cases, termination of the stay.

§5. Arrival and Departure

1. Arrival

  • a. Access codes to the property will be provided to the Guest on the day of arrival.
  • b. All information regarding check-in is provided in the booking confirmation.

2. Departure

  • a. The Guest is obliged to leave the property within the agreed period.
  • b. In case of late departure, additional fees may be charged in accordance with individual arrangements.

§6. Processing of Personal Data

  1. The administrator of Guests' personal data is MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Poselska 17, 31-002 Kraków, NIP: 6762566200.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of executing the rental agreement, booking service, issuing receipts, and conducting marketing activities (upon consent of the Guest).
  3. Providing personal data is necessary to perform the services offered by the facility.
  4. The Guest has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, or limit its processing, as well as the right to object.

§7. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the services provided should be submitted electronically to the address: info@mbapartments.pl
  2. Complaints will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  3. In case of a justified complaint, MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o. will take corrective action or propose an alternative solution.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on January 1, 2025.
  2. MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o. reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  4. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, MB INVESTMENT sp. z o. o. reserves the right to immediately terminate the Guest's stay without refunding the funds paid.

Effective from 1 January 2025.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Making a booking and/or paying for the stay means acceptance of all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
