"like couple people mentioned before, there was a little smell, but only in a bathroom. so if you had the door closed you couldn’t smell anything. it was a nice place to stay for a couple days. i definitely recommend if you wanna explore old part of Krakow."

The location is excellent, with a tram stop right nearby, and we could also easily walk to the city center. Communication with the host was flawless and very responsive; we asked for an extra sheet and they brought it to us almost immediately. The only minor thing to note is that there isn't a lot of floor space to keep multiple suitcases open at once, but we managed just fine. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!"

"Me and my boyfriend spent 4 nights here. We absolutely loved it! It’s a perfect location, everything is so close by. Tucked up an alley way out the way which was nice. Plenty of room for the two of us. Shower was hot and pressure was good. Beds comfy. Coffee machine was a lovely extra. I contacted Adam on day 2 to say the first night was cold, he responded very quickly and helped me use the heating on the A/C. He was very helpful. Only small downside for me personally was the light in the evening, it would have been great to have a blind or something but it didn’t bother my partner. Only a very small thing, not a problem though. Overall a wonderful place to stay, host is very helpful, location perfect and price was very good. Thanks Adam!"

"Perfect location close to everything while calm and quiet. We liked that all apartments in the house seamed to have a theme - very creative. Everything super clean and simplistic. Very comfy beds. Kitchen could sometimes greet you with a smell of toasted bread which we discovered must come from the ventilators from the pizza restaurant on ground floor. Nothing that bothered us though - but just good to know. Warm recommendations. We hope to be back some day."

The only negatives were that the cleaning was not ready when we arrived, we needed to go away for another 30min, and some tables and corners were still dusty when we got back. Also, the floor heating was way too warm, so we nearly burned our feet. It took a while to figure out how to lower it. But apart from these minor issues, the accommodation was amazing."

"Great apartment in a good location. Close to the train station and a short walk into the main square. Convenience store downstairs. Modern apartment with fast wifi. Top floor with a dedicated elevator specifically for the top floor rental apartments. Only negatives were that the toilet constantly flushed, and it was very hot in the apartment (29 degrees) and the windows can't open to let air in because of the shutters. They don't give the A/C remote in the cold season so I had to ask for it to be delivered which they did quickly."

"A nice clean and quiet little apartment. Much smaller than it looks on the photos but has everything you need. It’s spotlessly clean and has a little balcony. The apartment is a good walk away from the square, takes about 20 mins but an easy route. Very close to the train station and the platforms can be reached from the tunnel en route to town. Trains are cheap and efficient too.There’s no convenience store near by. All communication is through an AI bot but it did prove to be very helpful. We had a late flight coming home so when we checked out we left or luggage in the train station lockers. Very cheap."

There are several convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés on the same street. The apartment was clean, and the bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils were pretty new. Occasionally, some minor outside noise could be heard, but the street is very quiet at night, and it was not a problem for us."

Maybe if you ask they can give you more or change the one you used, I didn’t ask so I don’t know. From the apartment is a very short walk to the center. Overall a 5 stars review is deserved.
