No issues while here, so no requirement to contact the host directly. The air con was noisy, which may annoy some, but no issues for myself. Sadece yağmurlu ve soğuk günlerde ısınma konusunda biraz problem yaşadık; özellikle sabaha karşı oda serin oluyordu. Ancak yaz aylarında bunun sorun olacağını düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca yatak odasındaki yatak biraz inceydi, bu yüzden hem ses çıkarıyordu hem de çok konforlu değildi. Açıkçası puan kırılabilecek tek nokta buydu. Bunun dışında her şey 10/10’du. L’appartement est très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, verres, assiettes). Il est un peu excentré (15-20 min à pied du centre) mais cela nous convenait parfaitement. "This was a beautiful apartment right in the old town with lots of shops and restaurants all around it. It is about a 19 minute walk from the Krakow main station. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities listed, including coffee, air conditioning, and washer/dryer. The host was very kind and responsive, and even recommended some local spots including Chleb&More, which had delicious pastries! I would definitely recommend this place."

Apartament wyglądał nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach i dodatkowo na telewizorze dostępne były różne aplikacje streamingowe :) Gospodarz chętny do pomocy i rozwiązywania problemów. Okolica ładna - większość budynków wygląda na świeżo wybudowane w stylu loftowym (bardzo ładnie!). Blisko żabka i lewiatan więc wszystko niezbędne w zasięgu km. Niecałe pół godzinki spacerkiem na stare miasto i 15 min na dworzec. Bardzo polecam miejsce i gospodarza. Napewno chętnie tam wrócimy :))"

"Adam was a great host, he answered questions very quickly and gave advise where to go. The apartment is about 2 minutes from the train station and 5 from the old town so a brilliant location. The apartment was bigger than it looked on the pictures and was lovely. Check in was very easy as Adam had sent very clear and easy instructions. Although you are very near to places the apartment and the block it is in was very quiet. There are lots of small shops nearby if you want to eat in or if not the old town is full of good restaurants."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Zakopane. The location is perfect — surrounded by mountains, close to the city centre, yet very quiet and peaceful. The house itself is very comfortable and well designed. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a lovely sunrise view, two bathrooms on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with a very comfortable sofa suitable for sleeping. The terrace and private fenced backyard were a big plus, especially since we were traveling with our two Akitas. We stayed as three people and felt completely comfortable. The sauna and hot tub on the premises were an excellent bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended — we would gladly stay here again."

"Super apartment in the most perfect central spot. It is a stone’s throw from the old square and walking distance from the station and Kazimierz, which is where we did all of our eating and drinking, away from the main (beautiful but touristy and pricier) old town. The apartment was beautiful, stylishly decorated and furnished and air-con was super. It was also helpful that the windows all faced away from the main street, so it was not at all noisy at night. A Carrefour Express (although not the best one) right underneath, although the whole city is littered with mini-markets so there’s no issue with getting necessities in. Bed linens, towels, pillows etc all good quality and comfy; all kitchen utensils and crockery plain, matching and good sized (thank goodness for proper sized mugs and nice glasses) and a great shower. The little things matter. We loved it and were extremely happy there for 3 nights…Will return."

"beautiful apartment. five minutes walk through the park and your at the top of old town. ten minutes and you can be at the mall which then connects to train station and bus station after that. host are very helpful offering great suggestions on places you might like to see. apartment is stunning. it's ideal for a couple. it can sleep four but would be a bit snug. tip if your there for a longer stay. contact host or cleaning services if you feel it needs a tidy up as the floors can get a bit dusty if patio door is open for a while each day. can't fault it at all."

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, which was perfect after a 13-hour train ride. It was easy to get to, and we were able to explore the entire city on foot. It is on the 4th floor with a lot of stairs. Most inconvenient when carrying bags and checking in and at the end of a day of walking. it you don't do stairs well this could become an issue. We were 2 couples, we were fine but older couple (mid 70s) were challenged. For us, overall, the great location and comfort of the apartment made it a great stay."

The place is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and has a nice interior. The host was very kind, responsive, and answered all questions promptly. It is worth keeping in mind that, as the apartment is located in the city center near many cafes and bars, there may occasionally be some noise at night. However, for such a central location, I did not find this to be a serious issue. Highly recommended!"

On our last full day we did a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the pick-up location was just a five minute walk away. "To był cudowny czas mimo krótkiego wypadu do Krakowa. Przyjechaliśmy głównie na koncert, ale mieszkanie znajdowało się w fantastycznej lokalizacji. Do dworca głównego mieliśmy 15min spacerem, pomimo bliskiej odległości od obwodnicy było bardzo spokojnie, balkon i udogodnienie w postaci popielniczki dla osób palących, świetna komunikacja przed jak i w trakcie wyjazdu. We enjoyed our long stay, and the place had everything that we needed. *It is located inside the historic old town. *There are alot of souvenir shops right outside the building. *The main cathedral and market square are just 2 minutes walk away. *There is a KFC just outside the building and an MCd around 2 minutes walk away. *The grocery store is right in front of the building. *You can easily walk to the main train station, the tram station, the old town, the castle, or any other part of the city. *We were able to walk to reach the pickup point of our Day tours as well. *Alot of eating options nearby. *Place is just big enough for 2 people with comfortable sofa and bed. *There are alot of night clubs nearby so you many feel area kind of shaddy in night but it was safe as police was patrolling constantly and we did not faced any issues. *There is a Indian restaurant visbile from the window of apartment :D"

"Naprawdę idealna lokalizacja - obok rzeki i Wawelu, 2 min do Plantów, 10 min spacerkiem do starego miasta. Jest o wiele ciszej, wygodniej i bezpieczniej niż w samym starym mieście wg nas. Wszystko jest blisko - restauracje, sklepy. Łatwe dotarcie i otwieranie drzwi, parter. Mieszkanie jest czyste, małe, ale wygodne dla 2 osób i małego psa. Wystrój bardzo przyjemny, jak na zdjęciach, ale wszystko już nie takie idealnie nowe. Lekki minus za cienkie ściany między drugim mieszkaniem właściciela, które jest obok, słychać rozmowy i różne odgłosy typu łazienka. Ogrzewanie działa mocno, są stare okna. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo miękkie lóżko i twardsza sofa - dla nas było idealnie, bo jedna osoba woli twarde, a druga - miękkie :) Brak mopa i ścierek (poza ręcznikami papierowymi), a z pod prysznica może chlapnąć woda. W kuchni wszystkie podstawowe naczynia i mała kuchenka, mikrofala - na krótkie pobyty całkiem spoko. To jest dobre miejsce :) Polecam :)"
